I am quite courious and somehow confused by how and where did you get this text on the Politics of Aesthetics, I read Jacques Ranciere's book (english translation) "The Politics of Aesthetics" published by Continuum in 2004, and although it touches similar subjects to the text you published, it still differs on structure and subject development to the interview published in the book (called "The politics of Aesthetics").

I want to quote parts of the text by Ranciere that you published, and for this reason I need reference of its origins.
